Tita is incredibly busy as a professional surfer, but makes sure to take time when she needs it. "I need days off so I can get off my heels and my body still needs to rest a little , because here the adrenaline makes me fully awake, then I forget everything," she admitted to Bio Bio Chile.

What keeps her going? "I love having a life in motion, I like it a lot, I like the adrenaline, it gives me diction and I am living the adrenaline that I always dreamed of. And trying to balance a little bit of culture, sports and entertainment, I can't ask for more from life," she added to Bio Bio Chile. 

Tita's go-to workout? "Surfing for the mind, soul and body," she told Nueva Mujer. Aside from surfing, you can also find her doing yoga, which is another great workout for the body and mind according to research. 

Tita revealed to Neuva Mujer that she doesn't restrict herself when it comes to diet. "I really like food, it's a good treat, I haven't left anything yet," she said. Her favorite food? "Avocado, what I miss the most when I'm away from home." She also tries to consume foods that "help reduce inflammation and colic? Nuts, ginger, pineapple, vegetables, to name a few," she said in an Instagram post. 

Tita also enjoys snowboarding. "We woke up at 4am to climb the mountain. Today was one of those white dressed ranges. How wonderful what our geography gives us, a place to do sport and lots of reserve water that will last us a good time, which we were waiting for so much. We went up to @valle_nevado ✔️ Road conditions are good. Mandatory chain holder. ✔️ Wrap up. Stay hydrated.
