According to the mother, she gave birth to twins but one of them chose to be a velcro (clingy) baby.

"POV: One of your twins decided to be a Velcro baby," she captioned the video.

"They are too attached to their mothers. We usually have a hard time with Velcro babies most times because their mothers might be down with illness and wouldn't want to be disturbed but this infants won't stop crying even when you give them everything they need."
